Important Information
Booking Confirmation
Tentative bookings will be held for a period of 28 days only, after which time the date will be released. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be lodged with each confirmed booking. If the function proceeds, the total deposit will be credited to the customer's account.
Under no circumstances are food or beverages allowed to be brought onto the Club’s premises.
Menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment requirements, room plan, starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable) 14 days prior to the function.
Final numbers must be confirmed (in writing or email) no later than 4 days prior to the day of the event. These numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the function, but not decreased.
Signage
Signage is welcome to be placed, by our course staff, on the 1st and 10th tee area and the practice putting area. Signage from your sponsors on your requested holes. These need to be delivered no later than 1 day prior to event with a list of names and sponsors for each hole.
Additional signage requirements are subject to Club Management approval and a sign-handling fee may be applicable.
Dress Regulations
Acceptable
- Collared shirts that must be tucked in at all times.
- Bottoms:Tailored slacks, shorts and skirts.
- Shoes: Regulation golf shoes must be worn on the golf course. Scuffs, thongs and sandals are not permitted.Golf shoes may be worn in the Clubhouse.
- Spiked Shoes: The wearing of metal spiked shoes is not permitted at Belmont Golf Club. Alternatives are soft spikes, or dimple-soled shoes.
Not Acceptable
- Short shorts, short dresses, short skirts, stubbies, tracksuits, surf wear and football wear (denim jeans are discouraged).
- Mobile telephones should be switched off or on silent when on the golf course and may be used inside the Clubhouse.
Pull Buggies
Hand pulled buggies must have wide tyres.
Alternatively these can be hired from the professional at $x each.
